Despite the desire to provide accurate information, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In such cases, the scope of the transferred data is limited to the minimum necessary level.
  • The customer must be informed and have the opportunity to correct, block and delete their personal data from the seller's records, except in cases where the seller needs it for tax reasons or justified requests from state authorities.

5. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF GOODS

Product availability

We will notify you of product availability and other information regarding your order by email or phone after we receive your order or inquiry. If the ordered product is currently out of stock, we will notify you.redWe will notify you of the expected delivery date as soon as possible. In the event of the possible unavailability of the ordered product, we will inform you of the change and allow you to cancel the order, replace the ordered product, or any other agreed option.

Due to the shortage of semiconductor chips on the market, the consumer electronics industry is extremely affected. As a result, delivery times are longer, suppliers may stop producing certain product lines, etc. We ask for your understanding and patience.redWe do our best to please our customers. For purchases where it is not possible to obtain the product or an alternative that the customer agrees to, we will refund the purchase price in full.

Options for picking up or delivering goods

1. Personal order pickup

You will only be able to take over the goods on the basis ofredby appointment via email or phone. The goods will be waiting for you in the our showroom Hf-Fi Boutique, Ljubljanska cesta 13c, 1236 Trzin. Upon pickup, you can purchase various audio accessories for optimal connection of the purchased equipment or discuss live the best settings for your device.

2. Shipping by mail to the buyer's address

Our contractual partner for postal and parcel distribution in the case of sending goods from our warehouse is Post of Slovenia dd
In the case of sending by mail, it may happen that you will receive the invoice separately from the order, predThis applies to all cases where goods are shipped directly from the distribution warehouse.
If you have chosen to have your order delivered by post, the purchase amount may increase byredthe cost of packaging and shipping (depending on the product, inredpurchase, payment method, etc.). The standard shipping cost is 4,88 EUR including VAT.

6. RETURN OF GOODS

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), you can return ordered goods purchased under a distance contract (which also includes purchases made over the internet) without giving a reason.

If you decide to withdraw from the contract, you have the right to inform us by email within 14 days that you are withdrawing from the contract. Our customer service will contact you after receiving the email and inform you about the progress of the procedure. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the costs of delivering the goods are covered by the buyer.
Online purchases are only considered purchases made through the purchase process in our online store. All agreements or purchases made through separate predinvoices or physical purchases made at our point of sale (audio video showroom) are notredreturn of goods.

The buyer who withdraws from the contract or order must return the goods undamaged, in the original packaging and in the same quantity and send them to the seller at his own expense. We do not accept COD shipments. Pred Before using the products/goods, check their suitability! Return of already used products is not possible!

The right of withdrawal only applies to inspecting the goods as you would in a store. This is not the right to 14 days of free use of the product!

The buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:

– in contracts whose predmet are goods or services whosereddepends on developments in financial markets, over which the company has no influence;

– in contracts whose preda product is a product that has been manufactured according to the consumer's precise instructions, that has been adapted to their specific needs, and that, due to its nature, is not suitable for return;

– in contracts for the supply of computer equipment or computer programs, if the buyer has opened the security seal.

Refund process

Company AV Planet, Matej Glivar sp will refund the purchase price received to the buyer who withdraws from the contract and returns the product. The purchase price will be transferred to the buyer's account no later than fourteen (14) days after the product has been returned and the withdrawal form has been correctly completed.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund in the event of wear, incomplete return or damage to the product.

7. WARRANTY

All products on sale have a warranty from the importer or manufacturer and guaranteed servicing and spare parts in Slovenia.

To exercise the warranty and service maintenance, you can contact us directly or an authorized service technician. When exercising the warranty, the warranty conditions stated on the warranty card, which must be attached to each product, or contained in the invoice, apply. The warranty is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty card and thereduploading a copy of the invoice.

The warranty generally does not apply to: consumables, batteries, Ni-Cd and NiMH batteries and accumulators, light bulbs, floppy disks, optical media, video and audio cassettes, fuses, electronic components, etc.

The warranty does not apply to audio and video recordings and computer programs if the consumer has opened the security seal. Opening the security seal is considered to be breaking the packaging foil or revealing the serial number. Warranty information is also listed on the individual item page. If this information is not available, the item does not have a warranty or the information is currently unknown. In this case, the buyer can contact us to provide the current information.

8. COMPLAINT

The buyer may make a complaint about the goods if they do not have the properties that the seller expressly promised, if the seller sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, color or otherwise deviate from the buyer's order. The buyer may make a complaint about the goods within the legally specified deadline and under the conditions for exercising a complaint based on a material defect.

9. RESPONSIBILITY

According to your request, we will send youredWe receive information about the status of the delivery, namely:

  • The goods are located in our warehouse or showroom - available for pickup immediately or within 2-7 business days of receiving payment.
  • The goods are in stock at our supplier/distributor - available for pickup within two to seven business days of receipt of payment.
  • Made-to-order goods – delivery by arrangement, depending on the brand and type of product. In the case of specific orders, we require a 20 – 30% advance payment, other arrangements are possible.

We reserve the right to terminate the contract and the delivery of a specific product for which we determine during the ordering phase that it is no longer available or has been discontinued. In this case, we will refund the full purchase price to the customer or offer an alternative product with similar characteristics.

The provider does its best to ensure that the information published on its pages is up-to-date and correct. However, the characteristics of the items, delivery time or price may change so quickly that the provider is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the provider will inform the buyer of the changes and allow him to cancel the order or replace the ordered item. The provider is not responsible for the content of opinions about the items written by visitors. 10. TERMS OF PAYMENT

Methods of payment

1. Payment by postredaccount

Bank transfer to our bank account byredan invoice sent to you by email by the online store system after you have made and confirmed your purchase.

This payment method allows for most products additional discount, which is charged at the purchase confirmation stage. Delivery on purchases nad 150 EUR is free (Slovenia).

2 PayPal

Secure online payment via PayPal is easy and fast. It prevents misuse of your account.redcredit cards and/or personal data. Paypal payments are available to both individuals and legal entities.

3. Cash payment

We enable customers who decide to make a purchase when visiting our audio video salon and want to purchase, for example, a product from stock or an exhibition exhibit. In this case, a cash receipt is issued on the spot.

4. Payment by card

We allow payment with the following cards for customers who decide to make a purchase when visiting our audio video salon:
Mastercard, VISA, BA, Karanta, Maestro, DINERS CLUB;

5. Purchase in installments via Leanpay (up to 84 installments)

Leanpay is an affordable service that allows installment purchases with quick approval online.
We provide Leanpay financing under the following conditions:

  • from EUR 200 to a maximum of EUR 12.000;
  • in 6, 12, 18, 24, 36 or 48 servings.

Registration

For the needs ofoslovanya AV-PLANET audio video store, Matej Glivar sp (in nadsending: administrator) collects the following data:

– first and last name,

– address and place of residence,

– email address,

and other data that the user enters into the form on the website av-planet.si

Upon registration, the user may (optionally) agree to receive notifications to the specified email address, but not more than five notifications per month. In the notifications, registered users will be informed about special benefits and promotions, they will receive promotional codes for additional benefits, prednew product launches and notifications about current prize competitions.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the user.

Data protection

12. COMPLAINTS

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation.

The provider responds to all complaints by email or telephone as soon as possible and within the framework of legal obligations depending on the type of complaint.

This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute.red courts. Therefore, the provider makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
