The Anthem MCA amplifiers are specifically designed for home theater enthusiasts who prefer separate processing and amplification units. The Anthem MCA comes in 2, 3 and 5-channel versions for all possible combinations with your AV processor or AV receiver. They develop a powerful 225W of pure sine power at 8-Ohms, which rises to an incredible 400W at 4-Ohms, while distortion does not reach 1% THD. The Anthem MCA power amplifiers are stable at 2 ohms, which means they are capable of driving the most demanding speakers on the market today without overheating.
Examples of additional reinforcement:
Some people will only add 2 or 3 channel amplification to their system for the main speakers that draw the most power, and the rest will be driven by their AV receiver. Others will build a full external amplifier system with up to 11 or even 13 channels. You can combine all of this with three Anthem MCA power amplifiers (225, 325, 525).
PredThe prerequisite for integrating the Anthem MCA amplifier is an AV processor or AV receiver. In the case of an AV receiver, check if it has aredamplifier assembly and how you can configure it.
Connection options:
The Anthem MCA 325 features classic RCA and balanced XLR input terminals. A 12v trigger will start the amplifier when your processor or receiver is turned on. If you don't have a trigger on your control unit, the MCA 325 will come to life when a strong enough signal is applied to it.
The speaker terminals are robust, screw-type. PredWe recommend using banana plugs on speaker cables.

The Anthem MCA 325 is a great amplification option for offloading your AV receiver or as a main amplifier for your high-end home theater. The dynamics you will achieve using the Anthem MCA 325 will be significantly higher than when using an AV amplifier in a single component. At the same time, your equipment will not overheat, as each will perform the tasks for which it was designed - the Processor for processing audio video signals and system management, and the Anthem MCA 325 for amplifying the audio signal.
