Sonetto The G2 center accurately reproduces the axisrednth channel of your home cinema and perfectly matches the tower and book models from the line Sonetto G2.
Napredon sound unit technology
The speaker has a 3-way layout that includes two 6-1/2″ woofers, anred4″ withredNewtonian speaker and 1-1/8″ silk tweeter.
After years of testing tweeter designs, Sonus faber discovered that classic silk membranes work against themselves. They found that the apex of the membrane often moves in opposite phase with the rest of the membrane, limiting its ability to reproduce high frequencies and causing premature attenuation of high frequencies.
DAD technology for better treble
To solve this problem, it is Sonus faber developed Damped Apex Dome™ (DAD) technology. The conical DAD enhances high-frequency extension and prevents premature attenuation by keeping the top of the diaphragm rigid and in phase with the rest of the coupling. The result is a wider frequency range and clearer detail.
Low-profile design inspired by nature
Looking at theredYou'll notice that the shape of the tweeter and both woofers is different from the usual round cones. They're shaped like the petals of a camellia flower, which reduces resonances that often interfere with the sound of traditional round cones. Camelia sredThe newton speaker was originally developed for the high-performance Suprema speakers and is uncolored to prevent any color coloration of the sound.
Low-pitched and withredNewton speakers are installed in Sonus faberI see Organic Basket, an asymmetrical design without repeating patterns, which allows maximum airflow around the sound units.
