We combined the speakers with an excellent amplifier that can handle 160W rms at 8 ohms and well over 280W at 4 ohms per channel, with extremely low distortion. Both of course across the entire audible frequency range, not just in a technical workshop where they measure the beeping power of commercial amplifiers at 1kHz from one working channel. And then some people wonder why something doesn't play well if it says 150W on the box.
