DALI EPICON 2 is a multi-award winning speaker on a global scale.

Series DALI EPICON, based on knowledge from over 30 years of research, development and loudspeaker manufacturing, and based on the results of experimentation with new and established technology, the EPICON series shows how far DALI has come in the quest for natural sound reproduction. With a visual appearance that signals exclusivity and simplicity, these speakers are for the most demanding music and film lovers. And with a performance that is clearly DALI, onredtook a step forward.
The two-channel speaker features a 6 ½ woofer driver and a soft-cone tweeter. In fact, the technological breakthroughs designed for the larger EPICON 6 and EPICON 8 models have been channeled into the EPICON 2 to create a speaker that performs far nad expected size.

SMC technology
NapredSoft Magnetic Compound (SMC) eliminates flux variation in the magnetic gap, minimizing distortion compared to conventional speakers.
Linear drive magnetic system
The new innovative in-house developed linear drive magnetic system based on SMC eliminates four distortion factors in the driver motor system: eddy current, hysteresis, flux variation and voice coil inductance.
Self-made subwoofers
The latest generation of wood fiber cones, including a new cone impregnation process and a new post-assembly coating. DALI EPICON they are not only developed – but also manufactured at DALI headquarters in Denmark!
Multi-layer MDF
Made from 6 individual layers of MDF glued together to form a rigid structure that reduces resonances in the cabinet. The rounded shape virtually eliminates standing waves.
