Napredno drivers for high fidelity sound

Sonetto The III G2 features a Damped Apex Dome™ (DAD) silk diaphragm tweeter. This unique design reduces distortion and improves high-frequency extension, resulting in clearer, more detailed highs.

Below the tweeter are 6,5-inch sreda 1.5-inch woofer and a 6,5-inch woofer. Both drivers feature an aluminum demodulation ring that reduces distortion when the voice coil and speaker motor structure move. The woofer's edge design, inspired by the shape of flower petals, acts as a sea breakwater, preventing harmful resonances and ensuring clear sound.

Concrete base to reduce vibration

Sonus faber chose concrete as the base material for this tower speaker to strengthen the enclosure and provide additional stability. The concrete also dampens resonances and prevents external vibrations from affecting the sound. The concrete base plate includes multiple channels that converge into an axisreda wide chamber called a “reflex channel” that acts as a downward-facing opening for the subwoofer.

The Model III G2 uses the company's renowned Intono technology Sonus faberThis solves the problem of internal pressure caused by the movement of the drive units, especially during more energetic sections of music or audio recordings. Intono helps to balance the pressure between the internal acoustic chamber and the reflex channel, ensuring a clean, clear and harmonious sound.
