Triangle Tales 340 – active subwoofer with 10-inch bass diaphragm
Triangle The Tales 340 features a bass reflex mode, making it a great all-round active subwoofer. It will enhance any stereo system or home cinema withredhim/herreda, where precision and bass depth are required at the same time. It goes down to subsonic 30Hz, i.e. to depths where practically no natural instrument reaches.
A powerful 200W rms Class D amplifier is built in to precisely control the 25cm ultra-long-throw floor-firing bass cone. The subwoofer's maximum output is 350W, making it one of the most powerful subwoofers on the market under 500 euros.
Connecting a subwoofer
In addition to LFE inputs, which are intended for amplifiers with a special output for active subwoofers, it has Triangle Tales 340 stereo RCA input for classic amplifiers that have an analog RCA stereo output. With the help of volume, phase and frequency adjustments, you will perfectly match the sound to your speakers or let the processor in your amplifier do it (LFE connection).
Easy to use and set up
Triangle Tales 340 is very compact considering its high power, as its side measures only a good 35 cm. Positioning will therefore be easy, as it will not visually burden your space too much. The subwoofer can turn on itself when it receives a signal and go into standby mode after a few minutes without a signal, thus saving on electricity consumption. A bluish LED light warns you when it is turned on, which lights up red in standby mode.
