Ortofon OM 5E is a versatile phono cartridge with an elliptical stylus, designed for clean, balanced sound without distortion.
With the ability to easily replace the needle and adjustable mass, it is an ideal choice for vinyl lovers who want to improve the quality of their predexercises without complicated nadconstruction.
Needle types and interchangeability
The OM 5 series offers a wide range of interchangeable needles , allowing optimal adaptation to your system, application and budget.
The main objective of the development of the OM series was to offer possibility nadsound construction without replacing the entire cartridge. Instead of the needle just being nadreplacement part in case of wear or damage, provided by the OM 5 series switching to higher sound quality only with nadneedle construction.
