Pro-Ject The A1 machine is part Pro-Ject Audio Systems technology that allows them to produce automatic turntables, without sacrificing sound quality and lowering our standards.
Handmade in Germany, a new series of turntables Pro-Ject AUTOM is created in traditional manufactures with rich experience in the production of automatic turntables. We believe that predputs the pinnacle of modern automatic turntable design.
This technical reliable technology allows us to Pro-Ject philosophy and sound quality we are approaching new audiences and enable affordable HiFi sound into the homes of a wider circle of music lovers.

AUTOMAT technology
Absolutely mechanical automatic system is activated by pressing START, whereby the lever automatically moves to the starting groove of the record.

Heavy wooden case
The turntable casing is designed so that reduces hollow spaces, whereby:

New feet with silicone damping

Anti-magnetic carbon fiber crank head
- Absolutely newly designed for the model A1.
- Made from carbon fiber reinforced polymer, which is onredi extremely stable and rigid, and at the same time keeps weight low.
- Material perfectly absorbs resonances, which improves sound clarity.
Steamed aluminum tray
- 100% made in Germany
- Designed in several stages:
- Printing, bending and perforation
